Application Process
1. Applicants can visit the website of Nanchang University International Exchange College to download the international students’ application form and fill out the form carefully.
2. Applicants must send the following documents to international students’ office of International Exchange College either by email or post.
Application Form.
A copy of passport.
Notarized diplomas for highest education. Academic transcript.
"Foreigner physical examination form" copy.
Two letters of recommendation from the applicant’s university or institution. (only for postgraduate and PhD students)
No Criminal Record Certificate.
HSK certificate if you have.
3. Nanchang University International Exchange College will submit the applicant’s material to Nanchang University and process the application which is approved (in June each year).
4. Applicants who are admitted to Nanchang University will receive the Visa application for study in China (JW202) and Nanchang University admission notice (From July to August each year).
5. Applicants who are admitted can apply for the student visa (X visa) from the Chinese embassy or consulate in your country with the original copies of the Visa Application for Study in China (JW202) and the Admission Notice (From July to August each year).
6. International students should come to Nanchang University with the original copies of the Visa Application for Study in China (JW202) and the Admission Notice to enroll, register and pay the tuition fee punctually according to the date stated on the Admission Notice (in September each year).
